Average annual household income is $47,352. - A 2006 survey of 240 randomly selected Westside adults shows a high level of community
trust, social engagement, and participation in civic activities. - Westside residents are 46% White, 36% African American, 10% Hispanic, 2% Asian, 1%
Native American, and 4% “other”.
