Our Breast Health Awareness  
program is funded by the Greater
Lansing Affiliate of Susan G.
Komen for the Cure, which helps
with monies for the following
efforts:

  1. Celebrate Your Health!
    Club is a monthly
    gathering where women
    share approaches for
    maintaining physical,
    emotional and mental
    health needed for overall
    well-being.  
  2. Self-Breast Exam monthly
    reminder program sends
    a post card every month
    reminding women
    enrolled  to perform their
    self-breast examination
    plus information on
    upcoming events,
    prevention tips, and other
    significant resources.  
  3. Door-to-Door Evaluation
    every summer the breast
    health outreach
    coordinator and other
    outreach workers and
    volunteers canvass the
    north west Lansing area
    in order to inform,

The Garden Project will host Gardener Potlucks the Third Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at great gardens throughout town
from March through Sept.  Check back in January 2012 for a complete listing.
